We love our products and want to ensure that you love your Cocoon products as well! As such, if you receive a product that does not suit your needs, we are happy to exchange it or provide you with a refund. All you need to do is notify us within two days of product receipt and send the product back to us within five working days. Any product returned must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original Cocoon packaging.

The costs of returning the products will be for your account.
