Currency

Prices on the website are quoted in South African Rands. Quotes
in GBP, US$ and CAN$ can be provided upon request.

Shipping and Taxes

South African orders
Retail prices provided on the website include 14% VAT and shipping for South
African customers. Shipping time within South Africa is approximately 3-6 days.
Orders are sent within 1 day of receipt and on dispatch of your order, Cocoon Bedding will
notify you via email with the expected delivery date. Cocoon will also track the order to confirm its arrival.

International orders
South African VAT is not applicable to international orders, however, duty may apply depending on the country our products are being shipped to. Shipping costs and time will be included upon request for prices in the designated currency.

Cocoon Bedding’s Refund Policy

We love our products and want to ensure that you love your Cocoon product as well! As such, if you receive a product that does not suit your needs, we are happy to exchange it or provide you with your money back. All you need to do is notify us within 2 days of product receipt and send the product back to us within 5 days. All products being returned must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Cocoon Bedding regret that custom order items cannot be refunded.

Supplier
Cocoon’s supplier is a third-generation, family-run business that began manufacturing silk products over 100 years ago. The facility employs approximately 200 full-time workers. Each product is individually made, rather than mass produced.

An environmental Consultant has visited the facility where our products are made, to ensure fair labour practices are in place as well as to identify any environmental concerns with production of the bedding.

Production
The total production since 2005 is approximately 150,000 pieces. The company supplies mainly to the local market, but also exports to a number of South East Asian countries, with a total export since 2005 of approximately 50,000 pieces. The annual production capacity with current staff and raw materials is approximately 100,000 pieces. This can however, be increased on demand. The facility is located in the center of cocoon production in China – therefore, raw materials are easily accessible

Orders
Cocoon has no minimal quantities for trade orders.

Orders can be custom made in terms of size, silk quantity, individual logo, etc.

Custom made orders require a deposit and are non-refundable.
